FROZEN PRODUCT POLICY: A minimum total order of 15 lbs. is required for all frozen product shipments to prevent thawing during transit. Orders under 15 lbs. will be canceled and incur a 3% transaction fee.

Frozen products include: Raw Blends, Boneless Blends, Bone Broth and Mussel Sauce.

Please allow an estimated 7-10 business days for processing before your order is ready. We want your pets to enjoy the freshest food possible!
