Family owned and operated, our team of human machines hand craft over 2,000 lbs. of raw meat into one of a kind products every single week!
If you've been to the shop or even just called in, you've probably met Lisa. As the owner & creator of The Raw Concierge, Lisa started home preparing a raw diet for one very special bulldog with some serious allergies. After seeing the success in her own dog, Lisa quickly realized this was something all dogs and cats needed & The Raw Concierge was born.
With simple roots in a home kitchen to our commercial kitchen today, Lisa has worked 6-7 days a week since 2009, and continues to make this dream a reality. Lisa is dedicated to helping all pet owners in their journey to optimum health with their dogs and cats. Passionate and obsessed with all animals, in her free time, you will find her at home enjoying her little funny farm of dogs and cats.

Wendy James
Wendy is Lisa’s sister & was the first to join the The Raw Concierge team. When the weekly orders grew past what Lisa could manage on her own, without hesitation Wendy packed up her life in Arizona and came to help in California.
Wendy runs the shipping and customer service department. If you have ever sent an email to our office, chances are you had the pleasure of interacting with Wendy’s sunny personality. She is a consummate jack of all trades, and we are so blessed to have her and all her many talents on the daily.
Wendy and Lisa have worked side by side for almost 11 years, and hope to continue bringing you the best raw food for many more years to come.
Everlyn came to work with us in September 2023 as the youngest team member. She quickly adapted to the detailed packaging role of both all our raw food and air-dried treats.
When her little sister, Joana, moved to Arizona she joined the team as well. Everlyn moved over to meat master, responsible for all our grinding and specialty slicing and is killing it. Joana now packages and is her sister’s kitchen support. You can hear these two lovely girls giggling all day as they love to work together. They are such happy and radiant young ladies, and we are so grateful to have them in the family.

Where We Source Our Ingredients
Each and every ingredient is carefully selected from our network of artisan food suppliers.
We are proud to support sustainable, ethical farming practices and always do our best to source from small businesses when possible.
The only exceptions to our requirement of using meat deemed "fit & edible for human consumption" are some of our organ meats. For example, our grass-fed & finished green tripe- because this tripe is unbleached, it cannot be considered fit for human consumption.

Broadleaf game is a family-owned restaurant food distributor that provides only the highest quality of game meat.
